Courage, according to Webster’s dictionary, is “That quality of mind which enables one to encounter danger and difficulties with firmness, or without fear, or fainting of heart; valor; boldness; resolution.” If you find yourself afraid to face difficulties, I have two pieces of good news for you: The first piece is the fact that you are not alone in this feeling. The other piece of good news is that anyone, including you, can develop courage.

My work has enabled me to meet different kinds of people and up till this moment, I keep meeting people that I always learn one or two things from. I have always shared some important lessons I have learnt from people on this medium and this piece is also based on another eye opener I had some days back when I met with a young lad, in short a very young one. That meeting has also left an indelible mark on me.

The process of human change begins within us. We all have tremendous potential. We all desire good results from our efforts. Most of us are willing to work hard and to pay the price that success and happiness demand.

Each of us has the ability to put our unique human potential into action and to acquire a desired result. But the one thing that determines the level of our potential, that produces the intensity of our activity, and that predicts the quality of the result we receive is our attitude.
