Naija Motivation

Well, today is the very day we all have been looking forward to for a while. I am so grateful to the Almighty God for sparing my life to see the break of a new dawn and to witness another of this very day. I look at my life and I see Him because left to me, it is impossible to do everything I have been doing. I see myself as the product of His grace. So many people came to the July 12th seminar and had to pinch themselves to believe they are seeing right, because who they were seeing does not tally with the person they thought is behind the screen doing all the wonders.

At times, I still think this is all a dream because I can’t just believe it is this easy to transform one’s life from being a non entity some few years ago to becoming an influencer of lives all over the world. It is just amazing the difference I have experienced in my life over the last couple of years. It is amazing to look at the testimonies of changed lives I have been receiving and you are all reading on this website. Though it has been a dream to influence lives, but I NEVER thought it will be at this magnitude. This is just AMAZING! And God takes ALL the GLORY

Since I experienced transformation in my life, I have gained a lot of lessons and I will like to highlight them today because I know if anyone can follow these lessons and imbibe them into their lives, it will change them and they will become life influencers as I have also being. These lessons, took me from nowhere to somewhere and they are still taking me to greater heights because I believe this is just the beginning. I am feeling an urge within me that this is just the beginning.

The first important lesson I learnt is that it pays to have a dream. There is nothing we can’t achieve in our lives if we dare to dream about it. My life has been all about dreams and my dreams have helped me achieve things my Certificate wouldn’t have helped me achieve. It has brought me to places that I couldn’t have imagined and met people I could have been watching at a distance. It is amazing what a dream can do for anyone, SO GET A DREAM!

I also learnt that what I think about all the time is VERY important; our thought MATTERS! Most times, we defeat ourselves by the limiting thoughts we have. There is nothing we cannot achieve as humans but we need to settle it within ourselves. People who think good thoughts always achieve them and those who think bad thoughts go ahead to manifest them so why not think good thoughts. There are no impossibilities in life and all our limitations are created by our thought.

Years ago, I also learnt that we all have something deposited inside each of us. Inside every one of us is a potential, talent, ability or whatever name you choose to call it, that can transform our lives. By making use of what we have inside us, we can experience transformations that we can’t just imagined. What can you do? What do you know? What are your experiences? These are things you can exploit to transform your life! I am using all I have inside of me and that is why it is difficult for me to complain about unemployment of Government policies because they seem to have little effects on me.

Another important lesson I have learnt is that we are all RESPONSIBLE for the results we get in our lives. It is NEVER about our family background, it is not about the schools we attend, it is never about the Government or any other thing, it is about US! What we get depends on what we do. We need to be personally responsible for the actions and results we have in our lives. God created us and handed over the control of our lives to us and it is left for us to choose what we want to do with our destiny. God didn’t create one as a rich man and the other a poor man, we all chose to be whatever we are.

If there is one lesson that has helped me a lot, it is that I have to BELIEVE in myself. I used to tell myself there is NOTHING anyone can achieve that I can do same. Whenever I see people doing things, I give myself a challenge to do same and even do better. Years ago I used to tell myself if people like Jim Rohn, Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy and the rest can influence lives, I can do same. I just told myself I will have stories to share with people so that I can be a PRACTICAL Motivator as all these people. We need to believe in ourselves because when we do so, half of the job is done

The place of learning cannot be removed from the lives of those that want to achieve something great in life. This is a lesson I learnt while getting started and that explains why I have always devoted myself to learning all I needed to transform my life. I buy books and other resources as if my entire life depends on them, and they actually do. We have always heard that readers are leaders and that is very true. if you want to get to the top of the ladder of where ever you belong to, you should constantly LEARN! Learning may not be attractive at the beginning, but it has a way of paying off at the end of the day. If you don’t believe every other thing, just believe this.

Over the years, I have seen a lot of people attend events, read books, listen to tapes and also do a lot of stuffs yet no doing anything. ACTION is a word I love so much and I have ALWAYS made the commitment to be a person of action. Without action, we cannot achieve anything in life. The truth of the matter is that what we know counts little when we don’t ACT on it. Become a person of action and you will immediately see the changes, no matter how little it is. ACTION MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE! If I have not acted on the ideas I had years ago, I am not sure I will be where I am today.

I have learnt so many lessons that time and space may not afford me to share today. I am sure there will be opportunities to do this one day, either through a programme or even a book. The GREATEST lesson I have learnt in my entire life is that everything we achieve in life is about God! I don’t know how you think of or represent God, but I have discovered that He has the whole world in His hands and he has the blueprint for everything anyone wishes to achieve with his or her life. If you have been following this series, you will find the Divine Hand coming into play in my life. if not for Him, I can’t say where I would have been today. There are times I reminisce and ask myself what would have happened if God had not led me to that particular book that transformed my life?

In every area of my life, I have always seen His hands and He has always assured me that He has plans for me, even when things were not rosy back then. if not for His Grace, I am sure I would have been frustrated by the challenges and I would have backed out. No matter what you want to do, no matter what you want to achieve, commit it into His hands and he will guide you in the path to follow. We all need His Grace and mercy to function properly, that is why I ALWAYS give Him praise because in my life, I ALWAYS see what He is doing.

This is not definitely then end because I still have a lot to manifest. As I said earlier, THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING!
