I just finished listening to an Audio (mp3) made by one of
my mentors, Bob Proctor. I will like to share this with you
as well.

If it is your desire to discover what your purpose on earth
is and how to achieve the purpose, then this audio is a MUST for you to download and listen to over and over again. I am listening to it for the second time now and I want to tell you that it is AWESOME.

The lesson is what you need to imbibe into your life this year
and beyond.

by Jim Rohn (excerpted from The Challenge to Succeed CD series)

People often ask me how I became successful in that six-year period of time while
many of the people I knew did not. The answer is simple: The things I found to be
easy to do, they found to be easy not to do. I found it easy to set the goals that
could change my life. They found it easy not to. I found it easy to read the books
that could affect my thinking and my ideas. They found that easy not to. I found it
easy to attend the classes and the seminars, and to get around other successful
people. They said it probably really wouldn’t matter. If I had to sum it up, I would
say what I found to be easy to do, they found to be easy not to do. Six years later,
I’m a millionaire and they are all still blaming the economy, the government, and
company policies, yet they neglected to do the basic, easy things.

by Denis Waitley (Excerpted from The Psychology of Motivation)

While persistence is the determination to strive to achieve your ultimate goal, there is another virtue of equally great value. Persistence keeps us moving inside ourselves to see the purpose behind the purpose, but patience is the wisdom behind persistence.

Patience cautions us to focus our efforts on what we can change while accepting what we cannot. When external circumstance rains on our parade, patience is our umbrella. Rather than blaming what we cannot control, patience is the wisdom behind persistence.

I am sure it is your desire to achieve something worthy of celebrating this year. As it is common all over the world, we all enter the New Year with so much expectations and enthusiasm. We dream of all we are going to achieve by the end of the year and so many other good things that will happen to us.

It is pitiable to see how many people will achieve anything at the end of the year. There will be so many people that will abandon their dreams, some few months/weeks into the year just because of other people’s opinions. There are so many negative people out there and they are always ready to pick holes in any dream you share with them.

The man slowly looked up. This was a woman clearly accustomed to the finer things of life. Her coat was new. She looked like she had never missed a meal in her life. His first thought was that she wanted to make fun of him, like so many others had done before.

“Leave me alone,” he growled.

To his amazement, the woman continued standing. She was smiling — her even white teeth displayed in dazzling rows. “Are you hungry?” she asked.

by Jim Rohn (Excerpted from Jim Rohn’s Building Your
Network Marketing Business CD)

Capital in your business isn’t what matters. It isn’t the money that buys you a
future; it’s your skills that buy you a future. Money and no skills, I’m telling
you, you are still poor. Money and no ambition, where are you? Money and no courage,
you’re broke. A little bit of money and a whole lot of courage is all we need.
